Product concept
A consultancy site reduced to what the firm actually sells: judgment in writing.
Context
The concept imagines a three-partner strategy firm that competes with larger names on clarity. Its site is its sample: if the firm thinks sharply, the site must read sharply. That framing turns a marketing page into a typography and editing problem, which is exactly the kind we like.
Challenge
Remove color, photography, and ornament, and everything that remains must be exact: the type, the grid, the words. The site has to feel expensive through discipline alone, and the writing has to survive being the only thing on the page.

Research
We read consultancy sites the way a skeptical client would, and noted how rarely they commit to a sentence with consequences. The concept inverts that: every practice page ends in a claim the firm must defend in the first meeting. The design brief followed from the editorial one.
User flow
The essential path through the product, step by step.
The firm's position opens the site in two sentences, set large.
Essays read in measured columns, with numerals marking the argument.
Method, duration, and terms stated on one page without hedging.
Three people, three paragraphs, no group photograph.
A short note goes to a partner directly, and the site says which one.
Design direction
Black on white, one grey, no shadows, no radius, no images. Space Grotesk carries the structure, the serif's italic carries emphasis, and oversized numerals do the wayfinding work that color would normally do. It is Swiss in discipline, editorial in tone, and it reads like a printed spread.

Architecture
The layers that make it dependable, from client to data.
Fully static pages; the reading experience needs no client-side state.
Positions and practices as structured text with strict typographic rules.
A small set of composed styles enforcing the grid across every page.
A validated note delivered to the named partner's inbox.
Responsive
On small screens the columns give way but the discipline does not: one measured column, the same hairline rules, numerals scaled to hold the structure. The site stays fast and entirely readable with styles off, which is its own kind of proof.

Outcome
The concept demonstrates range in the opposite direction from our product work: no color, no components, just typography under pressure. It is the reference we show when a client asks whether their site really needs more, rather than less.
